If you are not comfortable with it right away, you may need to experiment with determining the right amount of filler material. You may even want to use it for just a few hours each night or use it one night and skip a night then use it for two nights etc. Take whatever time you need to see if it is right for you. All we ask is that you give it a fair chance. Don't just try it one night and think it is not right for you.

All pillows include a 30 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have any pillow which has a defect, please contact us first. We will provide return label for repair or replacement at no charge.
Original Buckwheat Pillows® is not liable for incidental or consequential damages due to use or misuse of the pillow. The companies liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of the pillow only, at the option of the company. If the pillow is damaged or destroyed by accident or misuse (including but not limited to trying to wash the pillow with the hull filling in it), the company may at its option replace the pillow or a portion thereof at a discounted price.
Returning is fairly simple…in essence; we are going to need you to return all the components of your purchase for you to receive the proper credit. Please remember the you are responsible for the contents of your return and that we can't give you proper credit if we don't receive your items- we recommend that you purchase insurance and delivery confirmation to eliminate any problems with loss or theft. You may use FedEx, UPS or USPS.
If you wish to return it is imperative that you:
1. Include a copy of the original packing slip, and the original Care Manual.
2. Include all the original packaging and labels, boxes, displays, tags as well as any samples.
3. Remember to include all the pieces of a set – example: Travel Pillow + Pillow Case + Display Bag.
4. We offer return label upon request (UPS return label).

Refund requests are processed once monthly, about the end of the month. Pillows received on or after the 20th of the month will be processed the following month. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover purchases by phone or online form shall be refunded direct to your credit card. Purchases by check will be refunded by check.
